All of the bedrooms or suites at the B&B location have private bathrooms -- 7 1/2 bathrooms total at the B&B.
The vacation rental houses have either 2 bathrooms or 1 1/2 bathrooms. |

We can accommodate up to 35 people.
Book the entire Vacation House or the entire B&B (with fully-equipped kitchens!). These special packages allow full use of each property and you bring your own food, if you want to. They do not include breakfast.
Two-night minimum stay required for the following Special Packages:
If there are at least 6 in your group, your room rate will be $45.84/night* + tax per person (in The Craftsman-Style House).
If there are at least 8 in your group, your room rate will be $34.38/night* + tax per person (in The Farmhouse).
At the B&B location, if there are 21 in your group, your room rate will be $55.48/night* + tax per person. We can accommodate a total of 21+ people at the B&B in all 3 houses which are located near to each other -- 2-minute walk.
The large "Afternoon Tea Room" will accommodate large groups at separate tables of either 2 or 4 for your study groups. There are additional rooms for "break-away groups" (small discussion groups) which include the breakfast nook, the dining room, the living room, and the room adjacent to the Afternoon Tea Room.
We'll help you decide which accommodations will best fit your group.

We can put together packages for you whether it is a special package for a Day Spa, Dinner and Theater, Horseback Riding, Balloon Ride, Golf, or Winery Tours.

These 2 vacation rental houses are just right for a Bible Study Group, Girlfriend Getaway, or Couples Weekend. The Farmhouse has 2 bathrooms and The Craftsman-Style House has 1 1/2 bathrooms.

The B&B is a great choice if you want private bathrooms for each room.
The Town House has two suites. One will sleep up to 4 people and the other will sleep up to 6 people (either 2 or 3 bedrooms per suite). This building is just around the corner from the Main House. It gives you lots of space + a kitchen + a balcony + a living room/dining room.
If you want to stay longer than 2 nights, we will work out an even better special rate for you!

* How many days you are planning to stay.
* How many people you have in your Getaway.
* Let us know if anyone would like single occupancy (at a higher rate) and which people would like to share a room.
* Tell us if you would like special hospitality pricing for theater tickets.
* Let us know if anyone in your group would like for us to arrange Special Packages and we'll work out a rate which would include all the different things you would like to do.
* Be sure to tell us any other interests you have (such as visiting one of our local day spas, horseback riding, theater, winery tours, visiting caves, or any special attractions which interest YOU)!
We'll work out a SPECIAL GETAWAY PACKAGE just for you and your girlfriends! This Getaway Package can be for men, too! Or it can be for couples!!
If you prefer, you may want to book at the regular B&B rate which includes a multi-course breakfast.

At different times during the day, you will hear lovely choral sounds: the clock tower chiming the hour, the Westminster chime from a church tower, and the choral bells from a neighboring church playing a hymn four times a day.
